Home made poultry seasoning
Daily use poultry seasoning with your own touch
Servings: 15 people
- 5 tbsp ground sage
- 4 tbsp ground thyme
- 2 tbsp ground marjoram
- 0.25 tbsp nutmeg powder
- 2 tbsp white pepper
With a measuring spoon, carefully measure the quantities of each ingredient.
Place the ingredients in a mixer and mix them well.
Store in airtight mason jars and use as required. It can be stored for up to six months.
For making seasoning fresh herbs weighing scales may be used to determine the quantity.
